Started out with a vector based abstract that was adjusted with texture, color, lights and shadows. This abstract was used as a 3D model to produce the “flower”. Added the ocean and made the reflection into the water and a clear dark sky to give the interstellar look.
The flower in the sky is a visitor – you see the light in the window of the vehicle.
